When applicable, we will send digital proofs for approval.

• Production will not begin until you approve the proof.
   
• Once approved, you are responsible for any spelling, sizing, or design errors.
   

• Estimated production times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
   
• Delays may occur due to material availability, equipment issues, or high order volume.
   
• Rush orders may include additional fees.
   

• All prices are listed in U.S Currency and may change without notice.
   
• Payment is required in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed.
   
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
   

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
   
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses.
   

• If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging.
   
• We may replace or refund at our discretion.
   

Because custom items are personalized, all sales are final unless:

• The item arrives defective
   
• The engraving/printing is incorrect due to our error
   

• Orders may be canceled before production begins.
   
• Once production starts, cancellations are not possible.
   

• Natural materials (wood, leather, stone, etc.) may vary in color, texture, and grain.
   
• Slight variations in engraving depth, color, or placement can occur due to the nature of laser engraving/printing.
  These variations are not considered defects.
   

All content on this website—including text, images, designs, and logos not provided by users—is the property of J&P's Unique Boutique and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, J&P's Unique Boutique is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   
• Losses resulting from incorrect use of products
   
• Errors in user-submitted designs or content
   

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for your order.
